Bathing Beauty

This was our first time to go to the neighborhood pool this year and B's first time to wear her new froggie swimsuit. I think she looks like such a big girl in these pictures!

Spring Dragonflies

My mom got this sweet smocked dragonfly dress for Bailey, and I love it on her. It's perfect for spring and summer. I snapped these pictures one weekend when we were in Lake Charles.

Bluebonnets and Bluebell

There's nothing like springtime in Texas. This year we had such a mild winter and a good bit of rain, so the bluebonnets were in full bloom. Even though it was a little bit late in the season, one Saturday we loaded up Bailey and Colton and headed up Highway 290 towards Austin, hoping to still catch some of the bluebonnets for pictures. We did find a few that worked nicely for the photos. Here are some of my favorites from the day:

I love how he is looking at the camera. I don't love the fact that there is a semi-truck in the background.

After pictures, we drove on to Brenham to visit the Bluebell factory. We went on a tour of the factory and afterwards got to eat a free scoop of ice cream!
